Main Menu is messed up

I have XOOPS 2.o i changed the in general settings 'Check templates for modifications ?' from no to yes and when i did that it changed my main menu from being vertical, to being horizontal, i turned Check templates for modifications ? back to no, and it did not revert back, how can i get my main menu vertical again?

Replace your template in modules/system/templates/blocks with an original one.
