Can't View CBB Categories or Forums - Wrong URL

I've just installed CBB 3.08 with no problems. Installed the frameworks and editor along with it.

I managed to create Categories and Forums no problem, but when I click on either of them whilst viewing the website, it goes to a 404 Not Found page.

Looking in the URL bar I see the following:
http://www.youralbania.net/modules//index.php?cat=1

Note the double //, implying part of the address is missing (should be /newbb/

How do I fix this?
