Connection to database server is OK.
Database uks28489xoops exists and connectable.
Database connection is OK.
Press the button below to create database tables.


Then the next window says:
Failed creating table xoops_avatar.
Failed creating table xoops_avatar_user_link.
Failed creating table xoops_banner.
Failed creating table xoops_bannerclient.......etc
Database tables created.

After choosing email address and admin sign up:

the following:
Failed inserting 1 entries to table xoops_bannerclient.
Failed inserting 7 entries to table xoops_configcategory.
Failed inserting 30 entries to table xoops_configoption.
Failed inserting 1 entries to table xoops_imgset.
Failed inserting 1 entries to table........etc

The final window says "click here to see site" and the page is blank
