Article 1.0: Permision to Anonymous Users to view and access doen't work?

I tried to set permision to Anonymous Users to be able to access and view the article but some how it doesn't work! When I click on the artical to view it just give me the "no Access" permision. I am 100% sure that I'll give the "Anonymouse User" accesst to view. Please click here to see what I mean.

Please let me know, if I did something wrong or I missing any step here.

Looking at the directory the number on the article is 7 but the link to that article would be 12.

I believe your link is wrong. My address bar shows you are trying to link to a file that does not exist, which gives you the same no access error as I get when I put another wrong number in. I checked it using 20 instead of 7
