Hi, I'm a newbie and I'm trying to figure out if I can do the following ... easily. I've looked for a module that does this but couldn't find one to do the following:

* Allow a member to upload an image and create a poll for that image
* Allow other users part-take in the poll
* Allow other members add to the poll entries

As an example, consider a photo caption competition. A user submits a photo and a suggested caption. Other users rate that caption in a poll or add a suggestion of their own.

Can this be done?
