Need / tar.gz/.tar but i only got the .zip?

i downloaded a theme

https://xoops.org/modules/library/singlefile.php?cid=1&lid=38

and i got the .zip do i have to do this manually? and if so how? im lost please help!

Unzip the theme onto your hard drive and you will have to upload the files to the theme folder of your XOOPS install.

You will then be able to select this new theme via the configuration area of your site.
