My Forum has some errors:

- Anonymous can view All Actives Topics but registered members can not view some topics (include Admin)
- When I turn on PHP debug, some errors appear:Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 393216 bytes) in F:\AppServ\www\khoadialy\forums\modules\newbb\xoops_version.php on line 384

Hi,

for your second problem, you need to adjust 'memory_limit' setting in php.ini file (part of PHP install in your web server, not part of XOOPS). At the moment it is default memory_limit = 8M. Make it someting like memory_limit = 16M
