Hi I am a newbie to all this and I have my own site at skinnalicious, that is under construction atm what I want to know is I have some themes that I have downloaded from here how do I apply them to my site, so that I don't have just the plain theme.

You upload them into the "themes" folder.

You them login (as an admin), go into the Administration section and select your them in "Preferences".

It is as easy as that
