On just changing over to a Javascript cache version of system_block_dummy.html as it isn't cached and then provides a quicker multiple refrencing and calling of it's self.....

and now on just reporting it noticed.... the plot thickenseven more on having to look to explain...as in its not installed in 2.2 system; yet is needed..........


The class/theme_blocks.php asks for a db:system_block_dummy.html....which without looking would presume is older XOOPS 2.1 (maybe).....

So point being in module/system/xoops_version.php why are these lines //for it blanked out, to include it in the database?

Wondered why there was pause each time looking.......anyways fixed it and added it into my own SVN which is on my own site...
