On the recent topics block it shows the most recent topics from whatever category you select, what I want to do is have it display those but have the option to click on a particular forum and display the recent blocks from that forum.

An example would be if i had 4 categories, music, game, website, and sports.

I want to set it up to where the original block will show the most recent posts from all topics, with a link to each of those 4 forums where if you click one of them it updates the block with the most recent posts from whichever forum that you use. I'm sure something like this could be done with javascript or something of that sort.

Does anyone have an idea of how I would go about this?

That is cool, but I want one block that has the "most recent posts" block and have it to be able to switch between various categories to show the most recent posts from whatever category you click on.
