A decent locale date/time clock.

I found this on Joomla:

http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,1870/Itemid,35/

Is there any thing that compares to it on the XOOPS site? I have tried looking. If not how easy/hard is it to convert something from Joomla to Xoops. A flash clock seems like it should not be too difficult.
