It looks like you're having an upload error. I had this problem once. Quite embarrassing actually. You need to re-upload your files using the right mode. Your FTP program should give you the choice of ASCII, Binary, or Auto. Auto usually works. Also, some FTP programs give you an option to preserve case. You want to make sure that case-sensitivity is preserved.
