Does anyone know if there's a theme floating around here with a navigation bar similar to the one at http://www.hollywoodreporter.com

I don't know of any that are a close match to what you are wanting, but it looks as though the same, or similar effect could be achieved through CSS. This Google Search should get you started in the right direction.
