problem with category permission's in PD-Downloads 1.2

ok...i am having problems with my user's being able to download from a specific category. The category is supposed to be open to a select few. I have the user's added to the group, and the permission's set to where webmaster, and this group can see...yet user's of the group don't see it.

any help on this?? let me know if there is any info i can give to help with this

just seeing if anyone had any information on this....or suggestions on a different download module
