Error when Installing on Sourceforge

For some reason i got the chmod 777 needs to be done error.

I chmodded what needed to be done and still got the error.

I am using sourceforge as said in subjet but it wont work, has anyone suceeded in doing this before, if so please explain to me what I'm doing wrong :(
