How to prevent X-IPB (or any module that does the same) from effecting layout..

When I have X-IPB going, depending on the theme of the IPB, it'll affect my XOOPS layout as well. Examples:

So what piece of code to the X-IPB theme (within its ACP) can I add to make it not affect anything outside the forum (I know I can set it without the wrapper, but I'd prefer to have it, minus the IPB header).
