How to change user menu title

I have modify the menu area, now administrator will only see the admin menu link, so i would like to have 2 difference MENU TITLE, once is User Menu another call Admin Menu. I have go tru all the template and block but just can't find where to assign the title.

Does any one here can help?

Edit the title on the Systems/Blocks page.
