Can't Install NewBB2

for some reason i can't install it...

the part of the page in the modules section doesnt appear.,..

also i have to change the extension of the sql file to xml in order for the file to not be deleted and i also update the xoops_version.php to fix the correction but the error appears for this module and this module only can someone help please

i can not understand your words well.
but Newbb2 is a very Old module.
you should install cbb3.0.8 as a latest stable XOOPS forum
