Can I let every user uploads his own avatar picture?

hello,
I use xoops2.0.16 ,Can I let every user uploads his own avatar picture? I found some XOOPS sites that allow you to upload your own picture. I tried the Smartprofile , but I got many problems with it. Would anyone help me on this? thank you very much.

Yes, you can.

Go to Admin>>User Info Settings and 11th row down the list you will find what you want - "Allow Custom Avatar Upload".

Use the settings below to restrict things as you would want.
