When i try update i get this fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method XoopsEditorHandler::getinstance() in
/home/alianzau/public_html/Frameworks/xoops22/class/xoopsform/formselecteditor.php
on line 55

In addition and I don't know, if it's the same problem:

In the admin module,
while the update is made I obtain the following error:
"Got error 134 from table handler".

Somebody can help me, pls?

Hi, I had the same problem.

I ended up going back uploading my old version of frameworks and XOOPS editors, just to be on the safeside.

I then updated my system module, and my newbb works fine, I still use 3.07, have not upgraded again to 3.08 yet.

Thought I would wait while.

It's no more than over-writing the existing Frameworks and xoopseditors with the latest versions, overwriting the CBB files with the new ones and updating the module in admin.

No scripts to run or anything like that.

Worth doing it to get "View new posts" from the drop-down menu working IMHO
