Hi guys,

I'm pretty new at this. But how can I edit the html design on the home page, so when, unregistered, and logged out people, come to the website, are able to see it's design, nav bar etc.
When I got to the home page I can only see the loggin panel on the left. And the XOOPS banner on top.
