Hey All -

What kind of permissions should be given to the user of the database for xoops. I've created and I'm using my own server so I'm not making use of cpannel. I'm using phpMyAdmin to grant privledges. For the installation I have given XOOPS all privledges, but obviously this is a bad idea in the long run.

Any input?

make the db accesible to by localhost only that way only scripts located on your server than actually connect to it.
