Please help urgently!!

I went to my site, logged in as webmaster and turned it off in admin. Done it before, no problem.

I then turned on php debugging.....

Haven't been able to see anything since.

I logged out using the /user.php?op=logout command and I can log in again from the "site-closed" page. I get the login confirmation and the system tries to redirect me to the homepage but can't connect.

Any suggestions?

Is there a way I can turn off php debugging and turn the site back on from outside of xoops, say be altering a database entry? If so, which ones?

I can FTP access the server and I have database access.

I'm really desperate here

Go into your database:

1) Table to look for (depending on your table prefix) xoops_config

2) line to look for debug_mode

3) Edit that one and change conf_value to 0

Turning off the debug was enough to get me back in.

Any ideas what went wrong? Should I not turn off the site and run debug together? Or was I just unlucky?

That's interesting..............

Just turned debug mode on again (with the site turned on ) and same thing happened. What does this mean for me - corrupted database somewhere?

At least I know how to get the site back now.
