Is it possible to add custom block for anonymous user?
I tried to show all anonymous user block firstly and then add new block but it also added in registered user. How can I add for custom block for anonymous user? thanks.

Hi,
After creating a custom block in XOOPS admin -> blocks, you need to set access rights for that block. Go to XOOPS admin -> groups and select group you want to edit(from 'Edit group'), set the access for block and save. By default custom block will be visible for registered users and web master groups.
You need to do this for each new custom block you create if it is different from defaults.
