Hi

I keep seeing following errors in my apache error_log file :

"PHP Fatal error: Unable to start session mm module in Unknown on line 0"

and

"[error] server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting"

The MaxClients in httpd.conf is already been set to 255 .

What should I do now ? was my apache server hosting XOOPS attacked ?

My server is not responding any request !!

Urgently need help !!

Its unlikely your server has been hacked, though its possible it got "bot'ted"

Have you tried restarting the apache server?
