Tinyeditor 1.0 RC1 error

Hi, I Install tinyeditor 1RC1 on XOOPS 2.0.16. When I open blocs menu or News 1.5 I recived error messages on the left down corner on Internet Explorer. Yellow triangle with exclamation mark: Error on page, Done, but with errors on page ( line:2, char.1, Error: Syntax error, code 0.
If I disabled Tinyeditor, error is not present. With error I can use editor, but I dont know what problems can caused this error in future usage.

I have another question: Hove to activate Xrmanager?
I must put directory Xrmanager in to modules/tinyeditor/editor/plugins/xrmanager, or to leave in modules/tinyeditor/xrmanager?

Can someone help me to resolved this problem?

I still have the same question - since I only get empty directories and can't upload.

@primo,

The final version of TinyEditor plus some patches and documentation can be downloaded here.

To have xrmanager working you have to add the following plugins to your toolbar:
- insert/edit image (the icon with the green tree)
- insert/edit image (advanced)
- Filebrowser

In toolbar settings you'll the icon of a folder. If you move your mouse over it it says 'Filebrowser'. This is actually the xrmanager.

Don't forget to set the use of xrmanager in Permissions.

If you edit an article in a module by using TinyEditor you'll will see an extra option (browse) behind the line 'Insert img url' when clicking on Insert/edit image.

xrmanager should just be in the root of tinyeditor, not in the plugins folder.

I assume primo got the same issue as I have:
all permitions are set correctly ( both chmod on server and @ the editor toolsets ) I can see the xrmanager icon @ the advlinks and @ the AdvImage popupwin, and can also open the xrmanager itself.
but when it opens I see the uploads directory with it's subdirs , I can even make a new directory, BUT I SEE NO FILES INSIDE IT

where there's no file - I get the "directory is empty" and where there's files I simply see nothing ....
It seems like a "thumbs" issue or mimetyps issue , but I can't locate it ... and I had no issues with the Inbetweens FilesManager.

Since I saw something in the documantation about /editor/plugins/xrmanager/ I thought some files are missing , but I understand it's not the problem.
I'm with XOOPS 2.2.4 on suse, php 4.x MySQL 4.1.1 GD ... all uploads dirs are now 777 ....

The correct path for xrmanager is /modules/tinyeditor/xrmanager

I do not have any special settings and I can see images inside the folders. Also the option to edit images works fine.

Did you apply the patch 10_patch.zip ?
This patch is for xrmanager.

Otherwise try to contact frankblack about this issue.

Hello tzvook,

I've tried to get the xrmanager working on a test server running XOOPS 2.3 beta and have the same problem as you got.
It's possible to create a new folder, but uploading an image not.
I added a picture manually to a folder, but even that wasn't visible.

On my production website the xrmanager works for some reason.
So, I copied that to my test server and gave it a try.
This didn't work either.

maybe it lies in the differences between environments (php version ? )

It looks like it's coming from the class/Thumbnail.php or class/Transform.php ... but I couldn't track the problem yet
