md5 checker for Local languages?

is this easy to create a MD5 integrity checker for local languages? it can be run separately for example xoops_md5_lang_xx.php beside to xoops_md5.php

I have make this for XOOPS France.

You place all files on a linux web server (version + local languages files).
you take the xoops_md5.php(from XOOPS 2.0.15 version, not from 2.0.16) at the root
In your browser execute :http://url.com/xoops_md5.php?action=create
