I have noticed that I have alot of inactive users on our website http://www.salsadetroit.com. Members are registering but they are not activating their account. I set the preferences to send an email activation to confirm registration. I did a test run and I noticed that the following message can be easily missed.

You are now registered. An email containing an user activation key has been sent to the email account you provided. Please follow the instructions in the mail to activate your account.
------------------------------------------------------------

I wish to make this message bigger and also in Spanish. Can someone tell me where this message is located or how can I modify. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I tried looking in the register.php file but I could not find it there.
