Hi,
is there any poll module that lets user to add polls directly, Instead of admin adding the polls. I know the alternative is to use Forum Polls but in that user has to start the topic inorder to initiate a poll.

Not aware of any at the mo there are bluemoon with popup and blogs to make survey questions...formulaire...yet I am the same and would like a low resource system that users could ask questions...there is hot-potato for XOOPS also, yet is weird licensing...

Do feel that a more rounded open poll system is very required...also for helping on discussion of things like open source for instance of what people feel is best...and like you say with out it needing to be a forum post...
