I'm upgraded xhelp 0.7 module with xhelp 0.77. (uninstalled the xhelp0.7 and installed 0.77)and dumped the data in to xhelp 0.77 tables. when we login as register user it is showing the open tickets as not found even though there is open tickets in data. if u create a ticket with that instance it is showing the tickets. In "view all tickets" link it is showing all tickets. If You click on subject it showing error : You don't have permissions to see the tickets. Is there any specific procedure to upgrade xhelp 0.7 to xhelp 0.77?
