Member Edit Admin page error

I have recently update my XOOPS to 2.0.13.
Everything work very well but when I want to modify the group membership. I go to edit member page and find out only one member list of the group appear, the non-member list disappear. So I cannot add new member to the group

Here's my suggestion...Try turning Debug on in your preferences and see if any errors show up. If so, post the error message here.
