i get this error during the installation process.

Here are my info


XOOPS Version:2.0.15
Module Name/Version:
PHP Version:5.1.6
MySQL Version:5.0
Web Server Software (Apache/IIS/Other):apache 2.0.59
Operating System:windows xp sp2
A full description of the issue: i get the following error during th installatuion process:

"This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

You can provide the following information to the administrators of this site to help them solve the problem:

Error: MySQL extension not loaded"

What can i do?

This is a PHP configuration issue. PHP5 does not have default support for MySQL. You will need to add the MySQL extension manually.

And even php my_sql connect seems to work. My problem could be dued to php and MySQL version?

I use win xp sp2.

Ok, i just set up phpmyadmin and now XOOPS installation works perfectly!

I think it was just a msql database creation problem with username and pwd.
