What do I do to get Liaise to work with 2.0.15?

I searched and nothing helped.

I installed Liaise 1.5 on x2.0.15 and when I click the icon in admin I get a blank page so I can't create or edit forms. When I hover I get the drop menu but only preferences display.

The default form shows ok and seems to process.

I have installed the suggested form.php to rid the 'known' bugs.

Have you applied the form.php fix for 2.0.15?

Yes I already did that with 2 different fix suggestions.

Nevermind. Solution found at brandycoke.com. v1.5 is for x2.2.x so I needed v1.26 for 2.0.15
