I was reading the Acceptable Use Policy and noticed the following:

12. Nuke Programs - All nuke or nuke-like portal software (e.g. PHPNuke, PostNuke, etc.) is prohibited on Infinology's servers and network. Any and all instances of the program running will result in an immediate suspension and/or termination of the account and removal of the database.

Xoops would be considered nuke-like portal software, correct? I would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Nope, XOOPS is completely different than Nuke.

Your host will say that they do not allow nuke for security reasons.

XOOPS is for the most part very secure. (with protector)
