I love the way XOOPS has their news setup on the front page. I was wondering if that is a custom template and or script? I have news 1.44 installed and the only options I have for blocks are "top news" "recent news" ect..

Is there anyone that can tell me how XOOPS has thier news frontpage block set up?

They are using a module called XM-Spotlight.

This search result can give you more information.

There is a newer version (1.02) that is not listed on dev.xoops. The search result I gave shows a link to the current version.

i got a link to a newer version. but its like bleeding edge.. so new that .. it crashed XSAS .. dang $ sign... .. why do you hate me so..
