I am trying to learn cms for a month now, 20 days ago i decided to open a XOOPS based site. Then i started to search for hosting. I found elahost.com on sitepoint.com. They install any script you like for free. I ordered their cheapest plan and wanted them to install XOOPS and they installed so quickly (not via fantastico). I am so happy with them
