2.2.3 to 2.2.4 upgrade

I'm on 2.2.3 now and want to upgrade to 2.2.4 (2.2.3 works for me so I'd rather stick with 2.2.x). I have the 2.2.3a to 2.2.4 zip downloaded. Do I just copy the files/folders up to my web server? Is there any special install procedure I need to do?
