Problem with "class/database/mysqldatabase.php"

Hello,

my site is locked by ISP.
He writes, that I extract contents of whole database and I reckon behind assistance of function "mysql_num_rows". This effect is such, that I generate for server of database 20 mbps of constant traffic. I must take advantage function "sql count()", but I do not know as.

I must change "class/database/mysqldatabase.php "

Pls. about help or any suggestions.
