Can somebody help with deleting a very irritating pop-up banner on our website (http://www.zvvadio.nl)

Your popup ads are being generated from a JS script from http://a.as-eu.falkag.net/, which is being pushed through on your website via the Webstats4U statistics counter at the bottom of your page.
