xHelp Module problem

Whenever I click on xHelp menu it shows a error report

Error: no staff members set up. Contact administrator

And when I try to add myself as a stuff it would not take me.

And also another error in MyTicket field

No tickets found

Pls help me.

You MUST add departments before you add staff.
