Hello,

My school uses the xhelp module (Xoops 2.2.4 with xhelp 0.78) as our means of a helpdesk. Multiple users connect to it simultaneously while on the school network. Sometimes when users go to log a ticket, A NAME THAT IS NOT THEIR OWN appears in the username field. For example, if I am logged in with the username of "jsmith", sometimes when I go to log a ticket I will see "pjohnson" or some other user name that is not my own. One observation I have made is that the erroneous username that shows up always seems to be the name of a different user who happens to be online at that same exact time as well.

Any help on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
