After trying to ad adsense my link colors and bars changed

alright, well I recently tryed to add adsense to my theme. But after adding it it chnaged my sites text link colors and god rid of a few bars.
I deleted the part which I added to the theme but the links still didnt go back ( I have update module template on ) any one have any suggestions on how to aproach this problem?
(Note: I tryed to use my back up but it turns out its corrupt)

FIXED: ha... I deleted a little to much...
