how do I get Bottom Columns in theme

I'm new to editing themes in XOOPS 2 and want to know how I would be able to add the bottom column blocks to my theme. I tried doing it myself but my site ended up giving me an internal error.

I'd recommend using one of the new themes from http://www.xoopsdesign.com for a basis ... and also make sure you're using 2.0.14 of course

One minute I had it working, then I went in and edited the css file and all the right block went to the center. I changed the CSS file back but still I've the problem.

confused.

Changed everything back. I will go back to it another time.
