Hi

I have been succesfully using xoopsgallery version 1.33 with my XOOPS cms 2.0.13 for many, many months without a problem.

I have upgraded to my own server and migrated the cms across with no problems except with netpbm.

I am unable to create thumbnails on image uploads.

I have provided the new path to the netpbm folder and, as before when installing, chmod the folder itself and all files within that folder to permission 755.

When I run the Check netpbm, I receive the following errors for each file:

Checking /home/v/o/mysitename/public_html/netpbm/giftopnm
Error! (Expected status: 0, but actually received status: 134)

Can anyone tell me what this error means and how do I get this netpbm working again.

Thanks in advance

Hi Voddie.

I did a search on Google using keywords giftopnm status 134 and got a few pages.

The first washttp://gallery.menalto.com/node/47357 which sounds similar to yours. Maybe that will help?

Hi MacNaz

Thanks for the response, followed your idea throu google and found the answer eventually!

The problem was when I changed server, the netpbm binaries were in need of changing. The ones used previously with xoopsgallery were for UNIX and now my server is on freeBSD.

I downloaded the binaries "netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-freebsd4.2-intel.tgz" (make sure you get the ones associated with the version of xoopsgallery in use on your site) from:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7130&package_id=14464

I uploaded the folder and files to server, CHMOD permissions to all 755

Ran the 'check netpbm' from the gallery menu and everything checked out fine. Hooray!

Hope this helps someone else if ran into this problem.

Thanks again for getting back
