If you view this site you will see how they have the downloads section set up. I have no clue how to do it that way. I also would like a page like the one that you see when you go to download a file it will say something like the following...

Your download of Naruto195.zip has been prepared and is ready for you to download. To download this file, click the button below.
Please note that if you have selected this file by accident and didn't mean to, you can close this window and choose another file to download. Also note that if your download does not complete successfully, you can redownload it."

(You have to register for free to view the Downloads however!)
