I wish everybody can share me a song dedication module coz i absolutely need it now.I wish to write it too,but no ability yet to write.

If you can give more details about what this module is supposed to do, then perhaps we can advise you on an existing module which may do the tast?

The specific detail is available
here,the block which shows some dedications and here
is a block which shows us the music list and the back-end form for our guest to dedicate the song they prefer.The back-end form consists of : the name of the dedicator,the song they have chosen and the dedication speech to dedicate to the one they want..
