Xpress 2.0.3 Install Error

Configuration:
Fedora Core 5
Apache: 2.2
PHP: 5.1.4
MySQL: 5.0.22
XOOPS 2.0.14

I'm receiving the following error trying to install xpress 2.0.3 in XOOPS 2.0.14:

Note: this error is also on my Windows box and why the path is different than Linux...

Fatal error: Class 'XoopsLocal' not found in C:\websites\xoops214\modules\wordpress\include\xoops-wp.php on line 107

Ok, now I'm a little embarrassed. I kept checking to make sure Frameworks was uploaded, but I kept looking at the wrong site!

I uploaded it and all worked great!

BTW, as stated in the referenced thread, verson 2.0.4 is what is displayed as being the latest, but version 2.0.3 is what is available. Which is a typo?

Ok, I have looked at the home page and it says:
Get latest modules by XForge
wordpress 2.04


But when the link is clicked to the downloads, it says:
wordpress 2.03 - in action

So, which is a misprint?
