When I set a new category in News module, it will set the order of the category automatically and not according to my will. How can set the order of the categories myself and not the News module set it for me as the News modules set my categories in wrong order?

For examples I have 3 categories: A, B and C.
I want their order to be shown is like dis:
B, C and A. How can I do it? Thank you.

Another question:
How can I set the news to be viewed fr old date to new date and not fr new date to old date for certain category?
