I've installed the newest XOOPS on my server and everything works great, other then a couple things

Using the standard downloads doesn't seem to be working

If i goto the submit download the submit page comes up and when i hit submit it looks like it went through but then when i go to see the link for the download nothing is there

when i check the module and click on - Add, Modify, and Delete Categories/Files the page only does a refresh and doesn't go onto the next page

Any ideas?
