Can I use 13.2 core modules with 2.0.14?

If I want to use any of the (old) 2.0.13.2 core modules with XOOPS 2.0.14, (e.g. Polls, Contacts etc.) is that safe to do?
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.

AFAIK, yes... But there are newer versions of most of these modules available, so I wouldn't recommend you to:
- There's an updated XOOPSPolls module
- There's formulaire to replace the old contact module
- The old newbb module has become CBB.

And so on...

Thx leostotch.

I already got CBB and have formulaire working nicely on another site. It's just that some of the other mods were basic but useful. The simple FAQ, Links and Poll mods will do for this particular site I'm working on (sadly the new blind Poll version link you mentioned is broken).

I have them all, just wondered if there were any technical no-no's about installing them.
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.
